Refund and Returns Policy
At GodKulture Global, our mission is to inspire, equip, and activate Christian leaders to live purposefully and lead with integrity across all areas of culture. We are passionate about creating high-quality resources that reflect that mission—from books and teaching materials to apparel and digital downloads. Every product is designed to help you grow and thrive in your walk with God.
That said, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. We’ve created the following Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth, transparent process if you ever need to return or exchange an item.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns made beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for the following categories:

Downloadable digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, MP3s)

Gift cards

Opened or used personal care items

Opened CDs, DVDs, USBs, or other media

Perishable goods (such as snacks or flowers sold at events)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
These items are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including:

Books with clear signs of use

Opened physical media (CDs, DVDs) if defective

Items returned in less-than-original condition (missing packaging, damaged due to customer error)

Returns requested after the 30-day window but under 45 days (subject to approval)
We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine refund eligibility.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund total, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@godkulture.org before mailing your return.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, especially for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
