House of David Reveals Season Two First Look Photos, And It Is Epic
Wonder Project, the studio behind House of David, has revealed the first photos of Season 2, which are breathtaking. These photos offered a glimpse into the next phase of the movie series.
According to Crosswalk, The House of David’s first season was a hit, climbing to number one on Prime Video. The creators of the movie series promise that the show will be bigger and better in Season Two.
Epic Photos From House Of David Season Two
According to Crosswalk, eight new photos were released from Season 2, which include a photo of David in armor, David with King Saul, Saul on a horse in battle, David with Michal, Prophet Samuel gazing into the distance, and David standing over the fallen Goliath with a sword in hand.
The House of David season two will premiere exclusively on October 5th on Wonder Project’s streaming service on Prime Video.
Jon Erwin, creator and co-director of House of David, says season two will be bigger than season one.
In his words,
“It’s action-packed. The love triangle, the love story, and the relationships are bigger. Season two focuses on the friendship between Jonathan and David. We start the season right in the aftermath of Season One, the epic battle between Israel and the Philistines. And it is epic.”
In the final episode of season one, David defeated Goliath. Erwin goes on to say:
“It really is much more of an action-adventure season as David becomes the warrior he’s destined to be. And it’s bigger in every way,” Erwin said. “… I love Season two, even more than Season one. The story just keeps getting bigger and bigger.”
According to Variety, the premiere date of House of David season two coincides with the launch of the Wonder Project’s subscription offering on Primer video.
Variety also reported that families have embraced the television series, which perfectly aligns with its creators’ goal.
Jon Erwin remarked that David’s story is expansive and could only be told through a television series, not a movie.
