Lola Sheen, Daughter of Charlie Sheen Receives Jesus: Shares Baptism Journey

Lola Sheen, daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, recently shared her baptism journey and powerful testimony. According to the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Lola shared in an Instagram post that she hit ‘rock bottom’ before finding Jesus and embracing Christianity.

During an interview with CBN News, Lola Sheen shared her journey and expressed gratitude and excitement for her faith and the positive feedback from her conversion.

In her words:

“It’s been so encouraging and so overwhelming, but in the best way possible, it just shows that God really can do anything so unexpectedly.”

She continued, “It’s really just been so encouraging and so supportive because I felt so alone in the beginning of my walk, and now I get to share what Jesus has done in my life.”

According to Premier Christian News, Lola Sheen found a renewed faith in Jesus after struggling with depression, which informed her decision to be baptized.

Sheen has been struggling with her mental health since she was 16. Although she overcame depression at the time, she found herself struggling with depression again at 18, with therapy and other interventions failing to help.

Lola shared her experience before conversion:

“I felt so lost and hopeless, just trying to make it to the next day. I accepted that my life was always going to be like that, and I thought I would never genuinely laugh again.”

However, she encountered Jesus amid her struggle. She says:

“I can’t really explain it other than it was supernatural, but Jesus met me exactly where I was, and he forever became my sun.”

Lola recently launched a faith-based podcast, Heavenly-bonded, where she shares about Christianity and personal growth. She decided to publicly declare her faith through baptism after months of spiritual transformation.

In her words,

“I made it through this year only by the strength of Jesus, and I am so happy to go into this next year after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior.”

“I am forever saved by His grace, through faith.”
