According to CBN, Prewett said that the students are putting in the work to reach their communities. In her words, “the students reach out to us, and I work with a student team to put on the event. They do all the work. It’s beautiful.” Prewett also shared that the fire marshal tried to stop the altar response as thousands moved to the altar to give their life to Jesus but God took over and turned it around for good.

According to CBN, several other powerful testimonies took place among students who attend the UniteUS events like freedom from satanism and suicidal ideation. Prewett said that these testimonies capture why she started the movement after students were contacting her all over the nation, saying, “We’re desperate, our friends are committing suicide, would you bring UniteUS to our campus?”

In Prewett’s words, “We’ve just been trying to keep up. We’ve been to 17 campuses, we’ve seen over 100,000 students gather, over 15,000 give their lives to Jesus.”

UniteUS has been nationally recognized as a movement that has had a long-standing impact.
