Hello, Holy Spirit Devotional Week 30 – Hello, Expansion
“And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”
— 1 Chronicles 4:10
Every day, before the sun rises and the world stirs, we should call on the name of the LORD. Before the noise, before the rush, we are encouraged to speak life over ourselves and our day. We should declare that every scheme of the enemy is dismantled and that joy, peace, grace, and divine favor go before us.
We are encouraged to give thanks to God through Jesus Christ, knowing that our prayers are heard. It is in this sacred rhythm of early communion with the Holy Spirit that our spiritual coasts are enlarged, and what God has promised begins to manifest.
To see heaven’s blessings unfold in our lives, we should no longer live according to the flesh. We are encouraged to leave behind the “old man”—the former ways, the old habits, the distractions—and put on the new nature of Christ.
When we live by the Spirit and not by the flesh, we shut the door to demonic interference and open our lives to divine flow. The blessings God intends for us are reserved for the new man. Just as Abram became Abraham, and Jacob became Israel, we too must embrace our transformed identity.
Expansion leads to elevation—and elevation requires consecration.

PERSONAL REFLECTION
- We are encouraged to begin and end each day with thanksgiving—acknowledging what God has already done opens our eyes to see more of His hand at work.
- We should commit to growing our God-given gifts, staying focused on purpose instead of distractions that rob us of peace.
TAKE ACTION
- Thank God daily—morning and night.
- Stay in constant prayer and communion with the Holy Spirit.
- Study the Word and surrender the old man.
God is enlarging your coast. Live like you believe it.
