Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation, is confronting a crisis that has become impossible to ignore: the relentless targeting of Christians and their places of worship. In 2025 alone, churches have been bombed, priests abducted, and entire congregations forced to flee. We live in a time when the name of Jesus is spoken everywhere, yet often it feels like it is being used more to divide than to unite. Many Christians claim Jesus as King while aligning so strongly with political “tribes” that other believers are treated as opponents rather than brothers and sisters in Christ. My name is Adam, and I have been a Police Officer in Wisconsin for 23 years. I am also a Certified Peer Specialist in Wisconsin. I began my law enforcement career in 2001 after serving as an active duty United States Army Military Policeman.
